Terms and Conditions of Sales

Article 1 - Purpose

The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Sophie Thiaville, owner of the chalet located at Rouge Gazon, and any person wishing to make a reservation for this chalet via the lechaletdurougazon.com website by telephone, e-mail or reservation form.

Article 2 - Reservation

Reservations for the chalet can only be made online via the lechaletdurougazon.com website. It is made once payment has been made according to the terms and conditions defined on the site (see “Book” page).

Article 3 - Rates and payment

Rental rates are those indicated on the site at the time of booking. Payment is made in cash. All payments imply acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Article 4 - Cancellation and refund

In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the following conditions apply:

• More than [number of days] days before the arrival date: full refund.

• Between [number of days] days and [number of days] days before the arrival date: refund of [percentage] % of the total amount of the reservation.

• Less than [number of days] days before arrival: no refund.

Article 5 - Responsibilities

Sophie Thiaville undertakes to supply the chalet in accordance with the descriptions and photos presented on the site. Sophie Thiaville cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or any other event beyond her control.

Article 6 - Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the chalet owner's place of residence.

Article 7 - Modification of the General Sales Conditions

Sophie Thiaville reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The conditions applicable are those in force at the time of booking.
